Salma Hayek to present at the Oscars

7, 2005 -- Hollywood stars Salma Hayek and former Academy Award winner Tim Robbins will join the line-up of presenters at next month's Oscar ceremony,
organizers said Thursday.
The pair will join a growing list of movie stars to hand out the famed golden statuettes at the 77th annual Academy Awards in Hollywood of February 27.
Hayek, the star of films including "After the Sunset," "Once upon a Time in Mexico,"
"Frida" and "Dogma," will next be seen on the screen in "Ask the Dust" and
"Bandidas."
Robbins, 46, won the best supporting actor Oscar last year for his role in Clint Eastwood's drama "Mystic River."
In 1995, he received an Oscar nomination for directing the capital punishment drama "Dead Man Walking."
The actor is currently filming "War of the Worlds" and will be seen next in "The Secret Life of Words."
Hayek and Robbins join last year's best actress Oscar winner, South African star Charlize
Theron, and fellow Academy Award winner Renee Zellweger in the presenters' line-up.
Also signed on to hand out come of cinema's highest honors is "Lord of the Rings" star Orlando Bloom.
The 2005 Oscars will be held in Hollywood's Kodak Theatre on February 27.
